Craig & Noble TOFOOD: Tofu is no longer a four-letter word

Two Ottawa women who have been friends for most of their lives are the creators of a delicious gourmet tofu that will soon be sold in 30 area Metro grocery stores.

Sue Noble’s love of cooking and Diane Craig’s entrepreneurial experience have resulted in the creation of TOFOOD – fresh, healthy and ready-to-eat… hot or cold, and available in three flavours: Lemon, Tomato and Thai.

Tofu is a high source of protein that is low in fat and gluten-free. Great with greens, rice or pasta, but also a welcome addition to fish, seafood, poultry and meat dishes.
