With the weather continually getting colder and drearier, we cannot deny that the final weeks of grilling season may be upon us. The days are counting down but we’re not yet out. And with Weber’s “Q” Grill Series, enjoying barbecue before winter’s approach is easier than ever. If you’re starting to think about making next summer even better by updating your grill, the “Q” Series is something worth considering.
The “Q” Series features seven different grills ranging in size but all with three main features that set this series apart from other grills. Each grill in the “Q” Series has a built-in thermometer, porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates and electronic ignition.
Depending on the space you have to fill, one of these grills will be right for you as they are so simple and easy to use. The “Q” 1000 and “Q” 1200 are on the smaller side with stainless-steel burners and measuring 189 square inches of cooking space. The 1200 is slightly larger in dimensions and has larger side tables. Both have a convenient fuel source on the back of the grill and a push button ignition.
The “Q” 2000 and “Q” 2200 feature the same kind of structure and details but are larger in cooking space and dimensions. Both have 280 square inches of cooking space but again, the 2200 is slightly larger in dimensions with the tables out and lid open.
The largest of the “Q” Series is the stand-up “Q” 3200. With 468 square inches of cooking space, this grill is for the one always grilling for their friends and family. The 3200 has two stainless steel burners and a stationary cart making it ideal for the fan of backyard barbecues.
The last two grills that make up the series are electric! The “Q” 1400 and the “Q” 2400 are even easier to use and take up very little space. They both have a removable catch pan providing easy clean-up. They also feature infinite heat control settings, heat retention liners, porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates and a six-foot grounded cord.
With the “Q” Series a change in grill may be in order for next year as these provide an easy and quick way to cooking up your barbecue favourites.
