For those who prefer rap and hip-hop, George Watsky and Wu-Tang Clan will be performing. While Watsky is a California rap star new to the music scene, Wu-Tang Clan is a hip-hop group from Staten Island that has been performing for almost 20 years. Initially with an underground following, Wu-Tang Clan has grown to be one of the most popular rap groups among hip-hop lovers. Performing on July 7 starting at 6pm on the  Claridge Homes Stage, this is one of the most eagerly anticipated acts at Bluesfest 2013.

Passion Pit, Fun., Tegan and Sara and Stars are among the various indie bands performing at this year’s Bluesfest. Tegan and Sara – the indie-pop sisters who have become very popular in recent years – have toured with other acclaimed Canadian artists such as Neil Young and City and Colour. Tegan and Sara collaborated with renowned DJs like Tiesto and David Guetta and will be a popular act among festivalgoers this year. Crowd -Marc DesRosiers
