DIGI60 Announces Professional Development Day Workshops

DIGI60, Ottawa’s original digital filmmakers’ festival is excited to announce the official lineup of the 2017 Professional Development Day, taking place on December 10th, 2017 at the Arts Court in Ottawa. With nine (9) workshops geared toward both emerging and experienced members of the independent film community - including directors, producers, actors and screenwriters. DIGI60’s Professional Development Day has something for everyone looking to build skills, perfect pitches, or expand their network of contacts.

Industry leaders from the Ottawa Film Office, ACTRA, Edwards Professional Corporation and Telefilm Canada, only to name a few, will be facilitating sessions sharing their expertise to the participants. "In the film world, the importance of education cannot be underestimated." said Robert Bockstael, actor, director, playwright and DIGI60 Fall 2017 workshop facilitator.
