Artemano Hits Merivale With Hopes of Further Engagement with the Community

Canadian-based home decor and accessory brand Artemano continues to make its mark in the National Capital with its new location in Merivale. Having opened its doors just three months ago, the Merivale location marks the second Artemano store in Ottawa. The other one is located in the Ottawa Train Yards shopping district.

Specializing in hardwoods from South East Asia, Artemano strives to be more than just a home furnishing brand. With a focus on high-quality, life-lasting products made from ethically-sourced materials, they strive to promote a lifestyle - one that is socially and environmentally conscious and engaged with the community. Examples of community engagement includes their past collaborations with Montreal’s Bonneville Homes and their latest work with Ottawa-based ArtHaus, a contemporary condo brand, in which they contribute to the furnishing of the units.

As a way to connect on a personal and intimate level with their clients, and the Ottawa community in general, Artemano plans to host a series of cocktail events this year at the Merivale store. These events will allow the company to engage with current and potential clients, as well as potential business partners–telling them about the brand, showcasing new pieces and spreading their brand values of community, high quality and design.

Artemano Merivale held their first event last month which proved to be a success, with clients and potential clients getting up and close with the brand’s gorgeous pieces–everything from large staples such as dining tables, chairs and beds to smaller accessories such as lamps and candle holders. The event also gave clients a chance to interact with Artemano staff directly to discuss the unique stories behind their pieces and the materials they use to make them.

Artemano merges style, quality and social consciousness in a way that is sure to resonate with anyone who strives to introduce these qualities into their lifestyle. These values also mesh perfectly well with the growing trend of ethical and green-living in the National Capital Region.
