Be Feel Think Do  • A Memoir
By Anne Bérubé Ph.D.

229 pages • ISBN 978-1-4019-5115-3

At the age of 23, life coach and inspirational speaker Anne Bérubé`s life was interrupted by a near fatal car accident. Trapped in the car, unable to breathe, she had a remarkable vision that forever realigned her life`s trajectory.

Despite this, the following year were marked by chronic pain, emotional turmoil, and malaise. Through a journey of introspection and personal transformation, Bérubé learned how to better listen to her internal voice: the one we all have, but often over-intellectualize; the voice that tells us when we veer from the path that will nurture our soul, but which often feels too fraught or difficult to take. Rather than malign our inner feelings, Bérubé explains, we must embrace them, listening to ourselves and truly acknowledging who we are.

In her uplifting memoir, the vivacious, insightful author shares profound insights around self-healing and inner peace. She encourage readers to do just as the title suggests: to prioritize feeling –and acknowledging those feelings- in order to experience life fully.

Be Feel Think Do interweaves candid personal anecdotes with quickly absorbable suggestions for changing one`s perspective. Readers discover how to develop gratitude – much more reliable sensation than happiness- and how to avoid compromise out of fear. At its heart, the book provides guidance and comfort to those who feel at the precipice of change and awakening.
