CIBC Banks on New OAG Expantion

This week the Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG) and longtime supporter CIBC announced a new and considerable Art Now – L’art ici Capital Campaign gift of $100,000. CIBC has become a lead sponsor for the gallery and it’s events during the past decade, including le pARTy Art Auction and the Partners in Art Golf event.

This generous donation supports the momentous campaign the OAG is currently undergoing to reach it’s goal of $3.5 million for the OAG Expansion.

“CIBC is proud to contribute to the Ottawa Art Gallery’s expansion campaign that will offer additional exhibitions, events and programs to further showcase the creativity of Ottawa’s art community and inspire new artists,” said Steve Gallant, Branch Manager and First Vice-President of CIBC Wood Gundy, and enthusiastic Ottawa Art Gallery supporter.
