Who doesn’t like seeing savings rack up as they scan the receipt of their latest purchase? Bargain hunters and fashion-forward shoppers rejoice because Ottawa’s very own Nordstrom Rack is here to offer you fashion at a fraction!

Located in Ottawa Train Yards, the 35,000 square-foot store will carry 38 of the top 50 brands that are available at Nordstrom full-line in Rideau Centre including Cole Haan, Ray-Ban, Theory and more!

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., offering customers a wide selection of on-trend apparel, accessories and shoes at an everyday savings of up to 70 percent off regular prices. The Rack is designed to create an easy and fun shopping experience for customers.

"It has been a pleasure getting to know customers in Ottawa since we opened our doors at Rideau Centre in 2015," said Karen McKibbin, former President of Nordstrom Rack. "We're excited to offer customers a new way to shop with Nordstrom and bring them more of the great brands they love at great prices."

The Ottawa location even offers customers with their latest in-store amenities include complimentary wifi and an express mobile check-out for those customers purchasing 5 items or less.

The Ottawa Train Yards is one of the largest mixed-used developments in the Ottawa area. Centrally located and just minutes from downtown, the new Nordstrom Rack location is convenient for everyone.

"We are very excited to have Nordstrom Rack joining our offering of more than 75 stores and more than 800,000 sq. ft. of retail area in the largest open-air shopping district in Ottawa," said Marty Koshman, President of The Ottawa Train Yards Inc.

With plans to open at South Edmonton Common at end of month, there will be a total of 6 stores nation-wide and lucky us, we are now home to one of them!
