Stynger Rocks Out a Win in Rebel 101.7’s Real Rock Search Finals

REBEL 101.7’s Real Rock Search Finals took place Tuesday evening before a large enthusiastic crowd at the Algonquin Commons Theatre with three local bands – Crossing Jane, Stynger and Elegant Devils – going head to head to head for a chance to win $5,000 cash.

To get to the Finals, event sponsor Moose McGuire’s Pub & Grill hosted eight Playdown nights featuring three local bands each Saturday evening from February through March.

The Playdown winning bands were chosen by People’s Choice voting at the venue each evening. The top three scoring bands went on to the Finals last night at the Algonquin Commons Theatre.

REBEL 101.7’s Real Rock Search Finals winner was again determined by People’s Choice voting, and Stynger took the prize and walked off with the $5,000 cash provided Moose McGuire’s.
