Orangetheory Fitness offers a one hour workout that includes multiple intervals designed to elevate your heart rate to boot your metabolism and burn more calories. Members can burn anywhere from 500 to 1000 calories during an Orangetheory session. 

iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre

Location: 1416 Wellington Street West

The barre class trend is the newest fitness craze! It is a combination of yoga, pilates, ballet, and strength conditioning. Barre fitness is somewhat more laid back and less intense with a heavy focus on body-sculpting movements. 

Wheelhouse Cycle Inc.

Location: 1279 Wellington Street West

Wheelhouse is one of Ottawa’s number one cycling experiences. The spin studio offers signature rides that are sure to give you an intense workout. Their classes incorporate body toning and endurance training. With low lighting and loud music the energy in the room is sure to keep you spinning for 45 minutes straight!

9Round offers an intense thirty minute cardio kickboxing workout with nine stations to rotate around. The lessons are guided by a trainer who can teach you the proper motions. If a fast and effective workout is what you're looking for then 9Round is the place for you.
