The YMCA-YWCA’s annual fall program is now up for registration! Once again, YMCA members can enjoy some of their several health and wellness-centered programs, all while enjoying the opportunity to meet new friends and like-minded individuals.

This wonderful fall program will be taking place from September 9th through to December 22 at several locations including Carlingwood, Clarence-Rockland, Downtown, Rudy and Taggart.

This season the YMCA will be offering their usual large number of swimming classes/programs for people of all ages as well as a variety of programs that you can sign your youngsters up for including basketball, football, gymnastics, etc. for youngsters. Their youth programs strive to foster a healthy environment for development and to encourage learning so all children can develop skills, strength, and confidence that can help them in life.

That being said, the Y also has several programs such as strength-training, barre, Zoomba, yoga, basketball, and even non-athletic programs such as change-makers clubs and religious programs for the more young-at-heart.
