Ottawa Photographer Randy Shaughnessy, owner of Shaughnessy Photography, recently won the premier Canadian Photographic Artist of the Year Award from the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) Association!  The 2013 National Image Salon Competition of the Professional Photographers of Canada
