The Gatineau Hot Air Balloon Festival (Festival de Montgolfières de Gatineau) is set to fill the sky with colourful hot air balloons and bring the grounds to life with live music, dazzling fireworks, amusement rides, and family‑friendly entertainment.

Visitors can enjoy vibrant balloon launches, outdoor performances, great food, and a lively midway atmosphere, making this one of the region’s most spectacular end‑of‑summer traditions.

Note: During the festival, hot air balloon flights take place around 6:30 a.m. from Thursday to Sunday and around 6:30 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday.
