An online yoga class designed to teach you in the comfort of your own home, Glo Yoga is compatible with any level of experience, life stage, and goals. The sessions last from 15 minutes to an hour and offer a wide variety of types of yoga classes.

Pure Yoga

Practise at your pace with Pure Yoga’s world renowned teachers. Pick the class the most suitable for you and feel free to pause or restart whenever you want. Pure Yoga offers a monthly subscription that provides unlimited access to all of their online sessions.

Fitmom

Aimed at busy moms, Fitmom Ottawa offers a supportive online environment that encourages participants to work at their own pace while provideing a full body workout. The program is designed to tone arms, strengthen the core and build muscle.

Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts

Check out this online and kid-friendly martial arts program taught both online and in person. The Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts offers lessons in Brazilian JiuJitsu and Muay Thai for kids and adults. Check out their training schedule here!

Eryn’s Virtual Yoga Studio

Eryn’s Virtual Yoga Studio is an online program designed for yogis of any level or age. She specialises in students over the age of 55 and relaxation yoga. Her classes are taught live online and have a recorded option as well.

KV Dance Studio

KV Dance Studio offers a variety of dance classes, from beginner to advanced, all online. Sign up your kids or yourself for acro classes, handstands, contortion training, hip-hop and more.

City of Ottawa Virtual Program

The City of Ottawa offers a wide range of fitness and dance classes online. There is something for all ages: kids can choose from ballet, jazz or hip hop dance classes; teens can take Taekwondo or karate class; adults can take advantage of belling dancing, K-pop, chair exercise, yoga and more. Fall virtual classes are on-going and run until December 1, 2021.
