The use of the “Alfredo” Dry Grape Shiraz adds to the wine’s intensity. The wine is matured in French and American oak for 12 months resulting in a quality wine with a complex palate of ripened raspberries, blueberries and dark chocolate that earned 90 points from James Suckling.
This Bordeaux-style blend has aromas of graham cracker, lush berry and pastry that are perfectly framed by acidity and the spicy, complex flavours of blackberry and cassis. Bodega Norton Privada’s superior quality has received many accolades within the industry including scores of 95 points from Tim Atkin, 94 from Wine & Spirits and 91 from Wine Spectator.
