Cincinnati is super cool, full of fun surprises, and has a few lessons for Ottawa.

I didn’t know what to expect when I was invited to Cincinnati, but I’ve returned home with plenty of good things to say about it. The compact downtown is a veritable museum of turn-of-the-20th century corporate architecture that soars from grand entrances to Athenian penthouses. Its broad sidewalks are filled with arts, culture, and a baseball history that goes right back to the beginning of the major leagues.

There is no shortage of delicious and diverse food options like Mama’s on Main, Sugar n’ Spice Diner and Findlay’s Market with Eckerlin Meats, Dean’s Mediterranean Imports, Churchill’s Fine Teas and more! Situated on the historic Ohio River, Cincinnati is proud home to the revolutionary Roebling Bridge and The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. No matter what you choose to explore in Cincinnati, you will not be disappointed.
