The Ottawa store at 70 George Street in the ByWard Market opened on Canada Day 2025. Founder Craig Pike chose the bustling location for its blend of tourists and locals, and because of his own fondness for the area, dating back to visits to the capital as a teenager.
The oversized, generously loaded cookies have become an instant hit, and a steady stream of playful new flavours keeps customers coming back for “just one more.”
Until November 19, Ottawa cookie fans can get their hands on ‘Baked Fresh’, a delicious collaboration between Craig’s Cookies and Ontario craft brewery Side Launch. The limited-edition cookie combines chocolate, espresso and butterscotch, then tops it all off with a house-made glaze crafted using Side Launch’s Craig’s Cookies Baked Fresh Chocolate Chip Cookie Stout.
Turns out cookies and beer are a match made in comfort-food heaven. This double dose of cozy goodness is available at all Ontario locations and online until November 16.
