Ottawa Titans vs. Quebec Capitales

The Ottawa Titans are home for three days as they take on the Quebec Capitales. On Friday, June 2nd, they will unveil their Field of Dreams Foundation with a nine-inning silent auction, along with one-of-a-kind contests up for grabs, all done to benefit youth in the National Capital Region. Saturday, June 3rd is the second soirée Francophone with the game being called in French first, and brand new green“Les Titans” Franco-Ontario jerseys that will be auctioned off for charity post-game.

Head to the Chinatown Night Market this weekend for three days of food from your local favourites, plus out-of-town vendors, loads of street peddlers, and non-stop multicultural performances. What started as a yoga festival has now evolved into much more. City of Om, Ottawa’s largest health and wellness festival, is ideal for folks of any age who are interested in deepening their passion for overall wellness. The majority of the festival’s 35+ classes are variations of yoga styles. Festival events include nine different venues for yoga and fitness classes, wellness workshops, spin classes, a 5km run, kids yoga, and a wellness market featuring 40+ lifestyle brands and healthy food vendors.

Through a collaborative community effort, the Ottawa Inclusive & Para Sports Expo is dedicated to accessible sports for athletes with disabilities (physical & intellectual/developmental). The Sports Expo is open to all ages and abilities and is free of charge for all attendees.


Ottawa Valley LLCA Masters Regatta

ILCA Masters event for all ILCA sailors 30 years old and over. The regatta is $30 in the cup to enter. All of the entry fee money is divided among the top five finishers. The races will be short and rapid. As many races as we can before the light fades.
