The multi-day Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival offers free admission for spectators to enjoy non-stop racing as teams—from first-timers to world champions—compete while raising funds for local charities.

Beyond the action on the water, the festival features a vibrant lineup of artisans, exhibitors, delicious food vendors, a beachside bar, and a dedicated children’s area—making it a fun-filled event for all ages.

On Saturday, the teams will battle it out in two 500m races across a variety of Challenge Cup divisions. The top contenders will move on to the Grand Final on Sunday, featuring thrilling 100m, 200m, and 500m races.

NOTE:  There is no public parking available on-site. Parking will not be available at Mooney’s Bay or on Riverside Drive on the weekend of the festival but free parking will be available at Canada Post Headquarters on Riverside Drive during festival hours.
