Bio: A lifelong sports fan from Toronto, Neil Becker always aspired to be a sports journalist. He earned a General B.A. in Communications from the University of Windsor, followed by a Print Journalism diploma from Humber College. It was during his time at university that he began his writing career, covering men’s hockey for the school newspaper. Becker has written extensively about the OHL’s Ottawa 67’s and the PWHL’s Ottawa Charge for Ottawa Life Magazine. His hockey coverage also appears on the CARHA Hockey website, and he contributes to the Two Row Times, the Orangeville Banner, and has written for USA Junior Hockey Magazine, Hockey Now, and Shoot For A Cure.
