April 24, 2017

Photos by Neil Moore Rear 60/40 seats fold flat to enlarge the carpeted 405-litre cargo hold. At first glance, the CT 200h seems a bit of a head scratcher. OLM Pet of the Week- Meet Panmure

April 21, 2017

It’s time for this week’s OLM Pet of the Week! This week we want you to meet a sweet girl who has been shown what a loving life the indoors life can be! Meet Panmure, a female domestic short-haired kitty who is estimated to be about two-years-old. This little lady was originally a part of a Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR) program run by Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue, where feral cats are trapped and fixed to prevent reproduction, before being released again. After being spayed however, she began showing signs of affection to her TNR foster, and thus was brought inside to begin her new life indoors with a loving family. Panmure is now ready to spend the rest of her life with a loving forever family, and is up for adoption with Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue.

Welcome to Unicorn Land

April 21, 2017

Yesterday I got high. Okay, I get it, so did a whack of other folks partaking in the usual clouded hazy gatherings on 4/20 but it wasn’t the soon to be decriminalized green snip of munchies inducing bliss that spaced me out. A Technological Windfall for Boomers

April 20, 2017

As a young boomer, I spent a handful of nights in jail due to my adventuresome driving. I loved nothing more than to feel increasing G-forces on my body – be it on two wheels or four. As time progressed, I came to understand that too many breakfasts of Tang and generic corn flakes behind bars are not good for you. Furthermore, the lessened employment opportunities a background check might trigger.
